1.1 A project is considered confirmed once the quotation is accepted and the required deposit payment is received.

1.2 By confirming the quotation, the Client agrees to the scope of work, specifications, drawings, payment terms, and conditions stated herein.

1.3 All custom-built cabinetry, wardrobes, feature walls, vanities, and interior fittings are made according to approved drawings and selected materials.

2.1 All layout drawings, 3D visuals, material selections, colours, and dimensions must be reviewed and approved by the Client before production begins.

2.2 Approved drawings shall be treated as final production drawings.

2.3 Any revision after approval may result in: Additional charges, Production delays, Revised completion timeline.

2.4 Slight differences between digital renderings, printed samples, and actual finished products may occur due to lighting, material texture, screen display settings, and natural material variation.

3.1 Bold Diseno emphasizes the use of quality engineered wood panels and selected furniture fittings suitable for long-term daily use.

3.2 Natural variations in grain pattern, texture, tone, laminate joints, edging lines, and surface appearance are inherent characteristics of decorative materials and shall not be considered defects.

3.3 Minor visibility of joint lines, silicone finishing, touch-up marks, and alignment tolerance under close inspection are considered normal industry finishing standards for custom joinery works.

3.4 Wood-based materials may naturally expand or contract slightly due to environmental temperature and humidity conditions.

3.5 Materials labelled as Super E0 or low-formaldehyde boards refer to manufacturer-rated emission standards intended to promote healthier indoor environments.

4.1 All cabinetry and built-in furniture are custom manufactured and installed according to practical site conditions and acceptable industry tolerances.

4.2 Minor tolerances in: Vertical or horizontal alignment, Door gap spacing, Panel flushness, Squareness, Silicone lines, Wall joint finishing shall not be considered defects.

4.3 Uneven walls, floors, ceilings, concealed structures, or existing building conditions may affect final finishing appearance and alignment.

4.4 Small gaps may be necessary for door operation, ventilation, expansion allowance, and installation practicality.

5.1 The Client shall ensure the site is ready for measurement, delivery, and installation before scheduled works commence.

5.2 Wet works, ceiling works, flooring, electrical points, plumbing positions, painting, and major renovation works should be substantially completed prior to installation.

5.3 The installation area must be reasonably clean, accessible, and free from obstruction.

5.4 Bold Diseno shall not be responsible for delays caused by: Other contractors, Building management restrictions, Lift booking limitations, Incomplete renovation works, Power interruptions, Material shortages, Weather conditions, Unforeseen site complications.

6.1 All delivery and installation timelines are estimated schedules and subject to project coordination and site readiness.

6.2 Minor adjustment works after installation are part of the normal completion process.

6.3 The Client is encouraged to inspect the workmanship upon completion and notify any concerns within a reasonable period.

6.4 Bold Diseno reserves the right to schedule rectification works based on operational availability and project priority.

7.1 Payment schedules shall follow the terms stated in the quotation or invoice.

7.2 Production shall only commence upon receipt of required deposit payment and final drawing approval.

7.3 Progressive payments must be made according to project progress.

7.4 Final payment shall be settled before or upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.5 Bold Diseno reserves the right to suspend works, delay delivery, or withhold installation for overdue payments.

8.1 Any additional works, design revisions, material changes, or scope modifications requested after confirmation shall be treated as variation orders.

8.2 Variation orders may affect project pricing, manufacturing schedule, and completion timeline.

8.3 Verbal instructions shall only be recognized upon written confirmation through WhatsApp, email, or signed documentation.

9.1 Bold Diseno provides a limited workmanship warranty for manufacturing defects under normal residential usage conditions.

9.2 Warranty coverage does not include: Normal wear and tear, Misuse or abuse, Water leakage or moisture damage, Pest infestation, Improper cleaning methods, Accidental damage, Third-party modification, Damage caused by other contractors or movers.

9.3 Hardware and accessories are subject to manufacturer warranty terms.

9.4 Warranty service shall be arranged within reasonable working time subject to scheduling availability.

10.1 All designs, drawings, production details, and technical concepts remain the intellectual property of Bold Diseno unless agreed otherwise.

10.2 All supplied goods remain the property of Bold Diseno until full payment is received.

11.1 Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered, production drawings are finalized, or manufacturing has commenced.

11.2 Custom-built furniture and cabinetry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

11.3 Project cancellation may incur charges for work completed, materials purchased, and administrative costs.

12.1 Bold Diseno reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless requested otherwise in writing before completion.

13.1 Bold Diseno shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, delay claims, loss of profit, or third-party claims arising from the project.

13.2 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected scope of work.

14.1 Bold Diseno shall not be held responsible for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic events, government restrictions, transportation disruption, supplier shortages, labour shortages, industrial actions.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of Malaysia.

15.2 Both parties agree to first resolve disputes amicably through discussion before pursuing legal action.
